Hire a Bartender
We recommend one bartender for every 25 to 50 guests. Whatever the size of the event, we will send qualified bartenders right to your door! Please allow one hour for set up and break down.

Selection of Temps
We provide staff to all top caterers, country clubs, hotels, and contract food service companies. Our front of the house staff has a great appearance and social skills. Our back of the house staff is selected for experience, work ethics and communication skills. You’ll get great temps, in uniform, on time, every time.
Last Minute – No Problem
Your request for temps will receive an immediate response, even after business hours. We prefer advance notice, but we shine when it comes to next day or even same-day service. Do you need a cook, a dishwasher or banquet server for a dinner shift tonight? Do you need twenty wait staff in tuxedos and four bartenders for the weekend? No problem!
Appearance
When our staff looks good, you look good. So we provide tuxedo attire to banquet staff and white kitchen attire to culinary staff; you can always count on a clean, pressed, consistent look.
Competence
Our cooks are tested for knife skills, culinary knowledge, and food safety. Our waitstaff and bartenders go through a hands-on training program and written skills assessment.
